Database Administrator

Description

Experience in database administration, database architecture, data warehousing and database management with Oracle Utilities Products.  

Requirements

• Experience with Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server

• Installation of Oracle or Oracle Utility Products MDM, MWM

• Experience with performance, configuration, and query tuning

• Ability to provide technical architecture solutions to client to ensure cohesive alignment of database and application within their current infrastructure and architecture

• Architect clustered environments for or Oracle Utility Products MDM, MWM

• Design and Implement appropriate batch servers and thread pool architectures

• Design and implement disaster recovery processes

• Perform custom code package and deployments

• Manage production environments on Windows, Linux, Solaris Operational Systems

• Manage WebLogic environments (non-production and production) 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
